Magog Trust near Cambridge

Magog Down provides a wide open space for walking and recreational activities with wonderful views across the countryside to the historic city of Cambridge. Magog Down itself is an intriguing place, whose many features include The Bowl Barrow and Causewayed Enclosure Scheduled Ancient Monument. The remnants of this historic feature are visible in places. The chalk grassland on Magog Down is rich in wildflowers, in turn supporting a range of insects, birds and mammals.
