Harvey Farms (Thorpe) A - Bill''s Paddock Near Kettering
Three kinds of recreational access have been provided via Environmental Stewardship on this farm. Open access has been provided on ''Bill''s Paddock'' (field TL0281 1771) that is adjacent to the houses at Waterville Terrace. (Open Access has been provided in the northern half of field TL0281 1771). The field is at the centre of the village and provides a play area for children, an area to exercise dogs and a picnic site for the whole family during summer. Starting in Thorpe Waterville, over 4Km of bridleway links to and enhances the existing paths, extending some rides or creating new circular rides. A footpath linking with existing public rights of way has been created along side Thorpe Brook.
