Land at Walgrave Near Wellingborough

This land forms part of a larger survival of ridge and furrow earthworks in Walgrave village. Within this area there are a number of other open access fields which link to a series of permissive footpaths and bridleways.

To the north of Walgrave Hall there is a series of medieval fishponds and the remains of 17th century earthworks. An earthwork and hollow way remains in the eastern most field.

Entry points are present to the North and South of the village of Walgrave.
