MEADOW VIEW Near MARKET HARBOROUGH
Views over the Welland Valley and much of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from this site. Many of the fields contain evidence of ridge & furrow which is a relic of medieval strip farming. The Judith Stone is believed to have been a boundary marker for Countess Judith''s estate in the 11th & 12th century.
